More than half of Riverbank Estates is protected in perpetuity. Over 100 acres of forest were donated to the people of Brant County by Losani Homes and the Losani Family Foundation. Trails weave through mature trees and quiet clearings. The community is embraced by the Nith River on three sides and sits beside the recreation of Lions Park. Historic downtown Paris is a short stroll away along the Grand River. This is a place where conservation and daily life come together with ease.

The new 270-meter Sensory Walk Trail brings nature to life with musical instruments, a sensory garden, and features designed for all abilities. Two baseball diamonds, outdoor fitness stations, and multiple picnic areas make it easy to stay active and connected.
